1 LAW ON INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is hereby disclosed:

The domain www.pisonero.com, hereinafter referred to as the Website, is registered in the name of MASLAMAS, S.L., with registered office at O CONDE 25, 15680 - ORDES (A Coruña); a company registered in the Mercantile Registry of A Coruña, Volume 1871, Folio 164, Page C17415, first entry, with Tax Identification Number ESB15585144, hereinafter THE OWNER. 

2 TERMS OF USE

I.- USERS

Accessing and/or using the Website www.pisonero.com confers the status of user on the person doing so, who thereby accepts, from that moment onwards, fully and without reservation, these general terms and conditions, as well as any specific terms and conditions that may supplement, modify or replace the general terms and conditions in relation to certain services and content on the Website.

II.- USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENT

The user agrees to use the Website and its services and content without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

Likewise, it is prohibited to use the Website for illegal or harmful purposes against THE OWNER or any third party, or in any way that may cause damage or prevent the normal functioning of the Website.

With regard to the content (information, texts, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following is prohibited:

  • - Reproduction, distribution or modification, unless authorised by the legitimate owners or legally permitted.
  • - Any violation of the rights of THE OWNER or its legitimate owners.
  • - Use for any commercial or advertising purposes other than those strictly permitted.
  • - Any attempt to obtain the contents of the Website by any means other than those made available to users and those normally used on the Internet, provided that they do not cause any damage to the website.
III.- UNILATERAL MODIFICATION

THE OWNER may unilaterally modify, without prior notice and whenever it deems appropriate, the structure and design of the Website, as well as modify or eliminate the services, content and conditions of access and/or use thereof.
IV.- HYPERLINKS

The establishment of any ‘hyperlink’ between a web page and the Website shall be subject to the following conditions:
  • The reproduction, either total or partial, of any of the services or content of the Website is not permitted.   
  • Unless prior express consent has been given, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, establishment sign, name, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to the OWNER.
  • Under no circumstances shall the OWNER be liable for the content or services made available to the public on the website from which the hyperlink is made, nor for the information and statements included therein.
V. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY

THE OWNER does not grant any guarantee nor is it liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise from:
  • The lack of availability, maintenance and effective functioning of the Website and/or its services or content.
  • The lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the Website and/or its services or content to meet the specific needs, activities or results or expectations of users.
  • The existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programmes in the content.
  • The reception, obtaining, storage, dissemination or transmission of the content by users.
  • The unlawful, negligent or fraudulent use of the Website, its services or content by users, contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted uses or public order.
  • The lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the services provided by third parties and made available to users on the Website.
  • The failure of third parties to fulfil their obligations or commitments in relation to the services provided to users through the Website.
VI. DURATION

The duration of the provision of the Website and its services is indefinite.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the Website or any of the services included therein, under the same terms as those set out in condition three.
VII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
  • MASLAMAS, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any issues that may arise or actions that may be taken arising from the provision of the Website and its services and content and on the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with the provisions herein.
  • In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, MASLAMAS, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of ORDES.

3 UNSUBSCRIBING FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on information society services, the user is guaranteed the possibility of opting out of receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the date on which they communicate their wish to do so by email to shop@pisonero.es;
