Refund policy

 

We operate a 30-day returns policy. You therefore have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
For sale items, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged items and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bespoke products (for example special orders or customised items). If you have any questions about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Outlet items may be returned, with a return fee of €8.


Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you already have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate new order.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

As stated previously, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
